First Day...

Well, my first day back to work came and went. The tears started flowing over the weekend, so come Monday morning they were in full force. I was the same way when I left Christian for the first time, and for his first day of Pre-K, but this time it just felt different. I don't know, I guess I loved being the stay-at-home mom for a while. I stayed busy the whole time. Getting Christian up every morning and getting him ready for school, and helping out with his class. Being in the car-pool line everyday at 3:00 with all the other moms. Having a clean house, the laundry done, and dinner on the table at a decent time. And not being stressed out about anything,not worrying about not getting stuck at work, getting to the day care on time, being at work on time. I already miss being home, and hope that one day I will be able to be that full time stay-at-home mommy, that I would love to be.

Busy, Busy, Busy!!

I can't believe it's been a little over six weeks since Colin joined our family, and what a blessing. I must say it's been a little crazy getting used to dealing with two kids, but all worth it! It's like you finally have a routine and everything is going so smooth and then Colin arrives and you have to learn it all over again. But I think we got it down. Well at least now, I go back to work on Monday so that will be a whole new experience. Getting me ready and two kids fed, dressed, out the door to school by 8:30. I am sad about having to leave Colin at daycare, but I know he will be in great hands. He will be at the same place with big brother Christian, and his teacher is the same on Christian had. And on top of it all there is only one other baby in the class and she will be turning one soon, so it will leave Colin. At least for a little while. So I know he will be completely spoiled.
